COVID Service Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions:
  • STAB VIDA considers the reception of client samples and the approval of the quotation as an acknowledgement and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
  • Samples should meet initial quality/quantity criteria to be processed.
  • In case the samples meet the quality/criteria, STAB VIDA guarantees the data output and emission of a test result´s certificate.
  • If the result is inconclusive, a STAB VIDA may require a new sample collection.
  • The client might cancel the order anytime however the costs STAB VIDA already had shall be charged.
  • Additional requests, not included in the initial order (extra analysis, extra QC, etc.), might be quoted and charged separately according to the price list applied.
  • STAB VIDA and third parties shall hold in confidence and shall not disclose or use, in whole or in part, any Confidential Information of the customer and shall not permit its use for any other purpose.
  • Leftovers samples will be stored at STAB VIDA’s facilities minimum for 90 days after results delivery. After this period, they will be discarded following the internal waste procedures.
  • All records associated with the research project will be stored for 1 year at STAB VIDA server.
  • The turnaround time (TAT) count down starts when the samples arrived at STAB VIDA laboratory. During holidays season the TAT might be extended.
