- Ask us for the tubes: Buy a package of 100 tubes with no expiration time. These are special tubes since they have a bar code that is unique for each tube.
- In each tube make the mixture of DNA (10 ng for 100bp of PCR product or 800 ng if plasmid) and primer (10pmol) and add water to a total volume of 15 ul.
- Place the order on-line, identify the barcodes of each tube and send them by courier to the address:
