The collection of sampling material can only be done at STAB VIDAs laboratory. Contact us by e-mail or phone to schedule the date and time of sampling. the collection of samples in the laboratory takes 1-2 hours and consists of the following steps:
- Clarification on the test charecteristics and conditions of service.
- Verification on the identity of those envolved and documents filling (term of consent, authorization of both parents to collect a swab sample from a minor, if that is the case).
- Collection of saliva samples by STABVIDA staff.
You should also bring identification documents (ID) off all participants (alleged father, son/daughter and mother). In case of minors, unprovided of ID, birth certificate is required. Samples are identified and STAB VIDA holds the registration of donors. STAB VIDA performs only tests involving minors when it is duly authorized by those who hold parental responsibility. STAB VIDA is commited to maintaining the confidentiality of the results. Report can be sent by regular mail or delivered by hand. In no case shall be disclosed the test report by telephone.
